Use both. Builders can create and publish promptev agents from inside Claude or ChatGPT through the workspace MCP, and those apps can call your agents.

Is promptev a ChatGPT Enterprise alternative?

For company-wide agents on company data, yes. For personal help with writing, analysis and code, an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude is the better tool. Many teams use an assistant and promptev together.

Can I use promptev from inside Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. promptev is an MCP server you sign in to. Add https://api.promptev.ai/mcp to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client, and you can build, publish and use your promptev agents from that app, with your own permissions.

Does promptev use our data to train models?

No. promptev does not train models on your data. Agents run on the model providers you connect with your own keys, so your contract with each provider applies.

How is knowledge kept current?

You connect a source such as Google Drive or SharePoint and choose the folders. promptev keeps them in sync, so an answer uses the current version of a file and follows its current sharing.
