Integrations
Promptev connects AI agents to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack and WhatsApp, and to any HTTP API, database or MCP server. Agents answer from your files where they live and act in your tools, with each person’s own access.

Permissions
When Promptev syncs Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox, each file keeps the sharing it already has. A question is searched with the asker’s own access, so a file they cannot open is never fetched for them.
Every connection, answer and action is recorded in the audit trail. Promptev isSOC 2 Type II.
Everything else
Describe an endpoint once (method, URL, headers, body) and it becomes a tool the agent calls, under the same approvals and audit as every other tool.
GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE, with values the agent fills in.
The agent answers questions from your database in plain language. You choose read only or write access, and which tables it may touch.
Connect a remote Model Context Protocol server by its URL and its tools appear next to the built-in ones.
Streamable HTTP, SSE or WebSocket; no sign-in, a token, an API key, basic auth or OAuth.
Questions
Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Confluence, Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack and WhatsApp. Anything else connects through an HTTP API tool, a database tool or an MCP server.
Yes, for Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox. Each synced file keeps its sharing, and every question is searched with the asker’s own access. For Google Drive this needs a connection through your own Google app. For other sources and for uploads, you choose who may see each document in Promptev.
Connect it through one of the three open doors: an HTTP API tool, a database tool or a remote MCP server. All three follow the same approvals and audit trail as the built-in connectors.
No. Each connector can use the app Promptev manages, so connecting is a sign-in. If your security team prefers, you can connect through an app your company registers instead.
Yes. Most connectors can send, create and update. The agent’s builder decides which actions it may take and which need a person’s approval first.
